Delivery
times We make our best efforts to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on order type:
- Standard orders (available in stock): Shipping time between 5-14 business days (excluding holiday days).
- of special orders or designs (including jewelry that is not currently in stock): shipping time between 12-30 business days(excluding holiday days).
- (Jewelry available in stock is given an option for quick delivery up to two days in coordination with a representative and with an additional fee)
Self-collection from the branch
If you have chosen the self-collection option, you should be familiar with the following conditions:
- You can arrive at the branch (Hovavei Zion 18 Petah Tikva) and collect the jewelry one day after placing the order If the jewelry is in the store.
- For special orders, delivery time to the branch ranges from 5-30 business days (excluding holiday days).
Instructions for receiving the package
- The package will be delivered to the order performer only.
- You must present an identity card when receiving the package.
