Use of this site, including its content, services, file downloads, media (images and videos), and various offerings, may change from time to time. The site management reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Intellectual Property
The website and all information contained within—including design, code, media files, graphics, videos, photos, texts, and downloadable files—are the sole intellectual property of “Netanel Diamonds.” You may not use, distribute, copy, reproduce, publish, or process any part of this site without prior written permission from Netanel Diamonds.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, technical issues or third-party failures may cause disruptions. We do not guarantee constant availability and will not provide financial compensation for service interruptions. Links to external sites do not constitute a guarantee of safety or reliability; visiting them is at the user’s sole risk.
4. Limitation of Liability – Jewelry
The company and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of jewelry purchased on the site. We bear no responsibility for loss or damage caused by incorrect or unreasonable use of the jewelry.
Liability does not cover daily wear and tear, including but not limited to: loss, breakage, peeling, deformation, or damage caused by exposure to water, cleaning agents, chemicals, or any use contrary to care instructions. Information on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
5. Product Warranty
* Chain/Snaps/Tears: There is no warranty for tears or snaps under any circumstances.
* Lifetime Warranty: Gold and diamond/zirconia-set jewelry includes a lifetime warranty for cleaning and resetting stones that have fallen out (provided the stone is in the customer’s possession).
* Stone Setting: Free warranty for resetting stones up to 0.02 carats is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase.
* Gold Purity: Netanel Diamonds operates under the supervision of the Standards Institution of Israel and provides a lifetime warranty on the gold purity of all jewelry.
* Repairs: Warranty includes size adjustments to the customer’s satisfaction and diamond resetting. If a fallen diamond is larger than 0.02 carats, a symbolic fee will be charged for resetting.
6. Watch Warranty
Watches purchased from us include a 12-month warranty on the movement only (excluding damage from accidents or negligence).
* Plating (Gold/Silver/PVD): 12-month warranty. Note: Plating can be damaged by scratches, chlorine, or salt water; use in pools or jacuzzis is not recommended.
* Water Resistance: Ensure the crown is tightly closed. The warranty does not cover the battery, glass, strap, or repairs made outside our laboratory.
* Unclaimed Items: The shop is not responsible for items left for repair that are not collected within 90 days. After this period, the product will be considered abandoned.
7. Privacy Policy
* Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone, shipping address, payment details) to process orders.
* Use of Data: Information is used for billing, customer service, shipping coordination, and marketing updates (only with your approval). We do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes.
* Third Parties: Data is only shared with necessary service providers (e.g., shipping companies) or as required by law.
